Brooklyn High School Student Takes 1st Place in NYC!
April 03, 2002 - Ms. Richards is a dedicated educator, thrilled with her new program, from start to finish. "I was thrilled in the training, and could not get over how the connections between the Earth and these animals came alive for me. I couldn't wait to get into my classroom." The attached document was published in NASA Insights, after Canarsie took 1st place in the competitive high school competition across the nation's largest school district, New York CIty.
